Research Environment
Our research group is located at the University of Turku, Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Biomedicine, Integrative Physiology and Pharmacology Research Unit. Institute of Biomedicine has internationally recognized expertise in mouse models and translational research, and it is well connected to the Turku University Hospital. The Turku bio-campus provides excellent infrastructure for state-of-the-art biomedical research. The core facilities of the Turku Bioscience offer several special techniques. Turku Centre for Disease Modeling (TCDM) provides infrastructure and expertise in advanced animal experimentation.
